Farm Bureau Insurance — Local services in Bartlett

Lengthy but true: I have been an insured of TN Farm Bureau for over 20 years. Over the years...from many vehicles to boat to boat trailer to homes to "Kim, I need a quote"...Kim Bond in the Bartlett office ALWAYS takes my calls, responds to emails, answers my questions, gets me covered and takes those extra minutes to have a conversation and guide/educate me. Working with Kim over many years is part of the reason why I stay with TNFB. 100% of the time, she is kind, prompt to handle the pending issue, professional, and knowledgeable/experienced. I trust her. I am free to enjoy my hard-earned belongings with a greater degree of comfort knowing that TNFB and Kim are in the background if things don't go as planned. Unfortunately, about 3 weeks ago, things didn't go as planned. Austin Prueuett (claims rep.) worked to make things as right as possible, and Kim was ready for my "Kim, I need a quote" calls and emails. I don't think I've had a claim in over 20 years (praying my premium doesn't go up after this one!). When I did need TNFB, people were on the phone with me trying to help. Life happens and not always as we want it. If/when misfortune strikes, you may need TNFB on standby. Be safe out there...

Things have changed since I've been with this insurance. I was dropped. I was in two car accidents and I was not at fault. They also recorded that I was without insurance for a whole year when I was paying causing my premiums to double. I had to send them my declarations page for the whole year to prove I was paying. It was ridiculous. I can't believe the treatment I was receiving after the initial treatment I received. The statement is true. You get what you pay for. I should not have been dropped for an accident I did not caused and then also they said for using towing. I was flabbergasted. I could have used my other towing company for free if I have known. Please be careful if you use this insurance.

The manager Eric was very friendly and helpful. They have excellent rates that are above everyone else. I love the fact Eric took the time to explain everything and everyone in the office was nice. I would suggest people give this insurance...

My parents has used Farm Bureau for over 20 yrs. So when I was looking for homeowners Insurance 5yrs ago, I was having a really hard time accepting the prices and coverage that I was getting from other companies. So I called my parents and asked who they used. So they referred me to David Matlock at the Germantown Rd location, and it's been a relationship ever since. We not only have homeowners insurance with them, but also 4 life insurance policies, and coverage on 4 vehicles. I even had a wreck in one of my vehicles and they called me before I called them. They by far has the best rates and the best coverage. There is a membership fee of $30 that you have to pay per year but if I have to pay that to take full advantage of the awesome rates...
