Although their work is good the customer service is poor. We hired them last year for spring and fall. Paid them $1400 to do our landscape work with the promise to come back in fall and finish the project to seasonalize our beds. Then they would come back this spring and fall to keep it looking good. What they did last year was nice. But they never came back in the fall and never returned our calls asking why! We called 3 times this spring and finally got a call back with an apology and a promise to get to us in a week or so. It has been almost a month and no call! Apparently our business is not important. We have even recommended them to a neighbor before we realized they would not get back to us. The neighbor has called them three times and not received a call from them either. So if you’re not in a hurry and you don’t expect them to show up when they promise or at all...

I hired this company last summer to plant 5 blue spruce, an autumn blaze maple, a white oak, 3 river birches and a dwarf river birch (for my garden) and couldn’t be happier with the quality and professional work I received. Peter was so knowledgeable in designing and suggesting the different types of trees for my yard. One tree didn’t make it, which they will replace since their trees are guaranteed for one year. Now entering the second year, I’m delighted to see the rest are thriving and showing new growth. I also have scheduled the fertilizing and re-mulching of all my trees. Even the ones they did not plant. It was a more expensive project than I had originally anticipated, but I now have many different trees attracting new birds and will have years of enjoyment...

A couple years ago I had a customer that wanted compost on there flower garden and wanted Peter's compost. I went to get some, there was 2 girls working there and they told me they couldn't load my trailer. They told me to come back the next day. I came back the next day and they loaded me. I had another customer yesterday that wanted some. I went down to get some and again two girls working that still had no idea how to run a tractor. They said come back at 8:00 and someone would assist me. Now it's 9:00 and I have been calling for an hour and a half with no answer....
