Well please make sure you don't park next to building. I accidentally parked there and came out to find my vehicle blocked in! It didn't end there soon there was this violent beard employee yelling at me. I very nicely said would you allow me to move my car sorry I'm visually impared. The bearded guy then proceeds to scream at me and ask me if he's supposed to feel sorry for me cause I have a handicap! Really! I have never seen such treatment before. Well guess what I have ran 3 salvage yards in Polk County and the funny thing is I know most all the official's of the DEP, EPA, Storm water monitoring, and quite a few others. I purchased items there all the time never had this problem they overcharged me Then they declined the charge which still hasn't showed up a week and a 1/2 later and and then they charged me again for the correct amount all in all of $91 dollars due to their negligence not knowing what they're charging you for when you get to the window bad business I'm now waiting for my $91 it is still pending in my account I will never use my card at this place ever again they are very unprofessional Take cash or don't take anything And when I try calling this establishment they pick up and hang up the phone they they also had a attitude with me and told me it wasn't their problem the general Man behind the window act like he wanted to come out he didn't want no smoke I would have...
