Work was good. Last minute alteration needed on my wedding dress. Dropped off 2/16 for wedding 2/22/22. Was told I would have it latest by 2/21/22. I messaged her the 21st around noon as I had not heard back and was told she was still working on it. Then I missed her message around 5pm saying it was ready so was told I had to pick up after 9 am the next day, morning of my wedding. I’m stressing but understanding. I arrive and she goes to charge my card, declined. Which I had exactly enough in that account for what she said the total would be. $200. I remember specifically her asking my budget and I said $150-200 and she said she could do $200. I asked how much she was trying to charge and she said $257 ( $250 plus tax ). When I corrected her and told her the price we agreed on she said “whatever I’m not going to argue with you.” She made me feel guilty on my already stressful wedding morning over trying to be sneaky and charge extra. When I say this Lady knows her stuff, I mean she is a super pro. She dressed famous acts for years and was part of the bustle of NYC. I am so glad she wanted a slower pace of life. She is a gem in Bastrop. I have been wanting to get my wedding dress altered to where out for a fancy evening for our 10th wedding anniversary. I went to Daniela and not only is she helping to trim it down she will give me a slit. Perfect for showing off my boots in Tennessee! I decided to also have her take in a few items that I really love since I have lost weight. Most things I would just replace but these items are just perfect for my trip. She also help me style some items, adding in colorful shoes, belt or accessory that I already have in my closet. I got a whole new wardrobe for my trip and I cannot wait! I will share photos when...

I would never come back here because Daniela has terrible customer service. I came to drop my dress off to be tailored. Her assistant sized me and said Daniela will give you a call to discuss pricing. I said okay. She never called so I called her and she quoted me a number I thought was too high. I asked if the dress can be altered a different way and she said possibly but I would need to come in for her to see. I said okay and we scheduled a time. She never showed up. I called AND left a voicemail on her cell. She never returned my call or offered an explanation. I've lost 2 weeks of time to get my dress tailored.
