EXTREMEMLY UNPLEASENT!!!1!1!1! Me and my mother went to grap some grocery for out ultra extremee pleasant yearly family feast, however we could NOT find the bread and the casheirs just told us instead of showing us like... how am i supposed to find bread on my own without help??? It this wasn't bad enough when wr did finally get yo a register they Said they were clossed... CLOSED??? Forturbaly #1 was open... unfornutanly the nightmare didn't end.... upon reaching the register my mother forgot her wallet in the car... THEN THEY CLOSED THE REGISTER WH8KE SHE GOT IT!!! seriously slowing down us who were trying to purchase out grocerys. Not only that, but they were out if propane... how am I supposed to have a fantastical barbsaq without propane the fact that they were out was appaukinf and to top it off the cahseri who was standing 2 millimeters away wouldn't even bag my grocherys this is unacceptable behavior and I wish it ended there but oh boy did it not. My ebt wild not work no matter now I tapped it upon realizing this the cahseir called the manager THE MANAGER!!! I can't believe this it made me feel like a child. On top of that the entire didn't even take off the metals pans for our fantastical barbq off. I can't believe that iga would hold back my food stamp benefits as a customer, this appalled my family so much that we almost had to leave the store. As a saving grace we tried to use a credit card... unfortuanly iga refused to take out money sprouting nonsense about some "insifficent" funds like idk whay that means but it sounds like you don't know how to treat a customer. We even tried to get cigarettes but they REFUSED TO SELL them to us... spouting some nonsense about idendification.. overall we left the store without spending dime, and the audacity of the manager with a smile on his face to announce "have a great day" on our way our... get guaranteed low prices?? What a sham can you belive they wanted 50 cents for a bag of chips.. A BAG OF CHIPSm would not recommend this store, cahsiers and managers were rude and nasty (and smelly) DO NOT GO HERE for your fantastical barbq, ONE...

Poor customer service, multiple employees hanging out and chatting with each other rather than help a customer. When asked for assistance I was sent to 3 different people who each pointed me to someone else so after standing in line at 3 different registers, I was sent to the customer service desk were I wait for another 15 minutes to get no help as the person working that area is on one of the registers… when I get in her line to tell her I needed her help she sends me back to the original person I met. After staining in line for 45 minutes just to get sent to another line to wait I walked out. Just wanted to rent a rug doctor and no one wanted to assist or didn’t want to he bothered. No sorry for your wait or we will be right with you, but was cut off and pointed to another...

Who else put trust in this store to prepair A Thanksgiving meal today, and had your entire day ruined!? This was our 4th year letting them prepair our food and our last! Dont know if the store is under new managment or maybe new "cooks" that dont know what the hell they doin! Either way, Our Thanksgiving was ruined! We received a RAW ham and a couple of STYROFOAM CUPS with old cold beans and mac and cheese! For $50!! This is unacceptable! We took it back and got our money back!
