The associates have no idea how to assist anyone and are incompetent like Mark. I call to get a price inquiry on a door, I was told to be patient and someone would call me back. The next week I get a call at my job and get cursed out by Mark saying that I had information about a special order that got dropped and that the owner was involved. I have yet to get a price on a door. I guess I will go elsewhere to get a door.

I am disappointed because the owner works hard and is a really great guy and does not deserve...

I just read the reviews - I could not disagree more. The customer service is fine, they certainly get to know their regular customers like any other retail store. I am treated better at Oswalds than Lowes or Home Depot, but I sure appreciate spending dollars that I know will stay local, and Oswalds guys load up what I buy! Go to Lowes and buy lumber or anything else for that matter, there is NO ONE to help me load up! They scatter like rats when they see you with a lumber cart full of heavy stuff! So I like Oswalds and I will keep buying my building...

Came in on a day when their computer system wasn't working, so I had to pay with a check. Ended up returning all the items I bought that day. Was told I had to wait for a check in the mail and waited weeks for it to arrive. When I finally got the check I found out I was charged a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee was not disclosed at time of purchase, as the receipt was handwritten on some notebook paper, nor was the restocking fee disclosed at the time of the return transaction. Will...
