They were scheduled to make a warranty repair on our microwave. During the second phone call they lied and said parts were being ordered. This phone call I made to follow up. Then they called GE and cancelled the appointment, because they didn’t have enough repair people. But failed to call us with that info. On the third phone call I made to see when they were coming after 3 weeks, I discovered they canceled the repair order, and I’d have to contact GE again. I took my mother there to buy all her major appliances and a couch. I had misunderstood that they don’t always have damaged product for reduced prices. When I first moved to Mississippi, I went there and I guess I got very lucky to buy a cosmetically damaged freezer at an amazing price. In figuring out that I had just gotten lucky, I told who I think was the owner of the store about the freezer I had bought there. He called me a liar and said it never happened. TNT is the place for home appliances. Why? Because by just looking an appliance i don't really know if it is high or low quality. So I go to TNT and ask. I don't have an unlimited supply of money, so matching quality and price are impossible if I don't know the quality. TNT knows. TNT sold me a washing machine 16 years ago that is still going strong. My Fridge is 3 years old and has never frosted over. April sold me chairs that are so comfortable I read more just so I can sit in them, so TNT also makes you smarter.
