Bath Police Department — Local services in Bath Township

I ran out of gas and asked a cop to help me. I told him I could zelle it. I ran out the door to get my tooth fixed too fast and hour and a half away. This just proves cops do NOT care about you. I ended up asking a restaurant owner that I use to buy food from 3x a week and he gave it to me without hesitation. This shows where the true heroes are. Cops in my life have never helped me..I can say one in steongville protected me from an abusive man but most cops...I'm speechless how awful I've been treated. I even had a cop call me stupid and call me names in Medina because I had to rent a car and didn't know the headlights weren't turned on by enterprise. Compassion is dead. I ended up giving the owner double what I borrowed just to get home so I can go to work on time. I can't stop crying. Police men don't help people in most cases...so sad. People know I am a person of integrity.

Also, I would have had enough money to get home even forgetting my credit card but I gave the few dollars I had in a more than 50 percent tip to a local girl at Starbucks yesterday that I call a friend but just someone I buy from coffee from weekly. I can't stop crying. God bless the restaurant owner and shame on the cop. I never ask for help and I give 50 percent of everything I have away....I'm just speechless how I was...

The worst police department I have ever seen!!!!!! Today I was driving along Ghent Rd where the road narrows to one lane, I was in the right lane that continues on while there was a mini van in the left lane, mind you a Bath police officer was present during the entire situation. Upon approaching the merge point the mini van swerved towards my car almost hitting me, and then continued to drive into oncoming traffic until they reached the turning lane.
