First off, this shop is owned and ran by veterans. 🇺🇸 Thank you for my freedom. 🇺🇸

Secondly, let's talk about their products. They grow their own flower and it's hands down some of the cleanest tasting and smoothest smoke I've ever had. I purchased the two 1/8ths for 40 bucks. (Sale) I also was gifted a pre-roll as a new patient. I tried Three Blue Kings, Laughing Buddha and the Cookies Kush. They were all fantastic. I highly recommend any of their strains. And the tiny Boveda packs in each 1/8th...😘👌 nice touch guys.

Finally, customer service... I have to say that I'm a little saddened that they will be moving to recreational sales. The customer service that a medical only shop is able to offer is far superior. I could tell from speaking with these guys that they truly believed in their products and wanted only the best for all customers. I hope that the guys at Symponia Farms bring their stellar customer service with them to the recreational market.

I live an hour away from thus shop. But given the superior quality of the products they offer and the outstanding customer service, I would make the drive again.

My wife decided to grab some stuff for me as a gift. She doesn't know much about it. She ask me what I would like to try. I thought the Laughing Buddha sounded fun ,and it had a really great price. I thought it was a to good to be true scenario. It was. The site suggested it had an 18% THC yeild. When I got the package the label it suggested it was only 14% THC. In all fairness the pack does say there may be a 10% diffrence. I don't think I have seen that on a pack. That's a big difference. Once again in all fairness maybe it's on other packs from other dispensaries ,and I didn't notice. So my issue with Symphony Farms is due to the fact it was pre packed. So they knew it was 14%. I don't see why the site would suggest 18%. That made me feel some type of way. The pack was like a year old. Marijuana starts losing noticeable potency after 6 months. Plus the product was super crunchy. I mean like dried to the max. It's just not the quality I expect from a dispensary. I honestly feel mislead. Maybe, I am just use to more quality from my dispensaries. I would tell shoppers to check there labels before purchasing. The deal you think you're getting might not be such a great deal after all....

During my visit Weedmaps was having some issues where the listed price wasn’t adding up to the true total. The owners were super great about this and honored the advertised rate. This wasn’t my first time at Symphonia and won’t be my last. I can whole heartedly say this is my favorite dispensary in the Battle Creek area. Not only are you supporting a great business but you’re supporting hard working vets with their passion.

Overall I highly recommend Symphonia for their commitment to quality and professionalism under any circumstances. Fresh pressed rosin made in house by some real craftsman and fantastic prices in a very competitive market space. It’s not your typical experience with an MSO and it shows, places like Symphonia is what the market...
