Kelly is very personable and nice. I highly recommend her lavender wreath workshop! In the morning she showed us how to trim the lavender from the bushes out in the field. It smelled heavenly and was a relaxing experience. We each picked a wire wreath and she showed us how to bundle and attach the lavender to the wreaths. Everyone's wreath turned out so beautiful and different! I'm hoping to make it to a garlic braiding workshop...

I have been using Flat Tack Farm in professional kitchens for a while now, and they just keep growing and becoming better and better!
