It’s unfortunate that I have to write this but I’m not sure exactly how else to get this resolved. I’ve been receiving invoices from Garrett Systems for over 2 years for a service I never signed up for. Every few months they email me requesting payment and I explain the situation. They apologize and say they’ll follow up, go completely dark even though I have made follow up attempts to confirm resolution including attaching prior communication of the initial conversation stating we did NOT want the service and the multiple conversations since. We never signed or agreed to any subscription or service with Garrett Systems.
Our new home included a smart lock which we weren’t aware included the entire security system. When they came to install it I was caught off guard but was assured I didn’t have to sign up for the monthly recurring service, which I didn’t, and have never used.

The initial consultation was fantastic and David understood exactly what we were trying to accomplish with our networking needs, entertainment, and smart home components. After we received the estimate, David worked with us to refine it to get us some thing we wanted within our budget. Additionally, when we changed some of our entertainment components midway through the process they helped us decide on some mounting options for the new products and even installed them for us when we moved in. The installation was clean and professional. The installers were very friendly and took care not to damage our new home during the install process. By the time they left, the house was cleaned up and you couldn’t even tell they were there.    Read moreMy husband and I have been toying with the idea of getting a "wired" network and I asked my Nextdoor Neighbor's if they had any recommendations. I was immediately told to call James at WFS and boy am I glad I did.
He arrived right on time and was able to wire my entire house with Cat 6 cable, and while he was here he fixed some of the mistakes the person who installed my security system made. He also was able to fix an ongoing issue with my Blue Iris security software that runs my outdoor cameras.
James can fix just about any issue you might be having. He believes in continued education and works hard to add additional skills to his repertoire.
He was very careful of my home and cleaned up after himself. In addition to being very skilled at his trade, he is one of the most together young men I have had the pleasure of meeting. He has a solid head on his shoulders.
