The RUDEST customer service I have ever experienced! I was talking on my phone when entering the store, bought a few energy drinks on my way home, just up the street. Id like to say that Im an extremely respectful person, a nurse, and a community loving person. I approached the counter to pay, asked the gentleman how his day was and his response was, “I won’t speak to you” and was “confused” about my “conversation” so just “go about my business”, all while waving his arms at me in disgust. I promptly ended my conversation with my mother, who was immediately inquiring if there was something going on as this gentleman’s tone was loud and rude. I told him it was my mother and that this was my first time in this store, and that I would appreciate a kinder conversation as a customer. His response was “good for you”, “You come in here on your phone and walk around on your phone and then come up here on your phone..” I told him I would have appreciated a kind request to end my conversation rather than his rudeness and abrupt inappropriate tone. I was speechless at first as it took my completely off guard. I live 5 mins up the road and was very excited about this store being so close, and the many options it offers. Eric Johnson was extremely rude, and I highly doubt he would speak to a grown man the way he spoke to me today. Shame on you. The meanest encounter I have had in quite some time, no doubt. I will sadly never return. Unfortunately, it appears I am not the only patron who has had this type of inappropriate interaction with the owner. I encourage the owners to address their shortcomings and start treating paying customers with the respect they deserve. P.S. The customer is never wrong. Your customer service is awful at...

It’s step back in time, in a good way! Staff & guests are super friendly (always). Always stocked. Post office services. Pepperoni sticks are fantastic, but the BACON is heavenly! Simply the best anywhere (locally made). Tons of sodas, energy drinks, beer, etc. Great candy section. Local newspaper available too.

My Pops has been a loyal customer for years. My wife, daughter, and myself are out of towners and can always hardly wait to visit this historic store by the RR tracks. Fantastic old building as well.

Very arrogant, lost my family's business for sure

Just to reply to you, I've walked in there multiple times with my shirt or hoodie over my mouth to show you some respect because I simply forgot a mask. You made eye contact with me and didn't say anything, until I had merchandise in my hands. You yelled, cussed, screamed and hit the counter like spoiled child. It doesn't matter how your day went, don't act like that as a small business owner. If it went lower than one star I would...
