The guys came out to my house on an emergency call, with great attitude and professionalism; I had a list of things of differing priorities to be taken care of and stressed to them that it was not necessary to get everything done today; all they said was, no problem, we've got this. And got this they did! They worked efficiently, cleanly, did everything well, explained everything to me in layman's terms without making me feel silly, and were wonderful for the whole appointment. Great company to do business with. My Bose system was not working. I gave up on trying to get it fixed. I contacted Polos and was ready to buy a whole new sound system amplifier and sound bar. Polos arrived and spent more time than I would have thought on diagnosing the problem ( I told them I was ready to buy a new system ).
