Streets Seafood Meat Market — Local services in Bay Minette

I tried to call before going to the market ... well no one answered the phone so I had to go by Wal-Mart to get a few things and decided to go by the seafood and meat market , cause I needed 3 pounds of shrimp, well the rude lady told me she didn't have any shrimp but there was a truck that showed up while I was still there to pick up 30ty pounds of shrimp and because they called ahead of time they had her shrimp ... I'm standing in the freezing cold weather and when I told the lady I tried to call way before 2 but noone would answer the phone so if she had 30ty pounds for this lady why couldn't she manage to let me buy 3 pounds and it was Christmas Eve and she really needs to be a better employee for yall so you don't loose customers because I will never buy anything from this place again . Ok rant over just thought I'd share with the people of Bay Minette that this lady was rude and did not have the spirit of Christmas or even had a kind heart for people wanting to pay money for the seafood .. I sure hope she doesn't do all your customers the way...

This is for the market. Not restaurant. Called ahead waited 45 minutes for crawfish as instructed. Get there to be told I had ordered crabs not crawfish. It does not take 45 minutes for crab legs to steam! I said no ma'am. I specifically said medium crawfish and you told me 4.99 a pound. The woman was very rude. She gives me a total of 27.67 then proceeds charge me 28.70. When I asked what the difference was I was told it's a service fee for using a debit card. I said I wasn't told and she proceeds to move things off the counter and snarky says that there was a sign right here. I will not be back. Customer service is horrible. I previously had ordered 2 sacks of live for an event only to be called the night before and told they would not have them available! Not nearly enough notice! Thought I would try again since reviews were decent. Nope. Strike 2 I'm done!...
