DO NOT SHOP HERE – Misleading Financing, Used Furniture, and Terrible Service

Our experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. We purchased what we believed was a brand-new bedroom set along with a washer and dryer, only to later discover that the financing was applied only to the washer and dryer. We were never given an itemized receipt, which felt very intentional, leaving us in the dark about what was actually being financed. This is extremely misleading and dishonest.

On top of that, the “new” bedroom set we received clearly looked and felt used, not brand new as promised. Drawers were worn, one dresser drawer was broken from the start, and despite repeatedly asking for it to be repaired, they refused to fix it or take accountability. Instead, we were given the runaround, excuses, and zero real solutions.

What started as excitement over what seemed like a good deal quickly turned into anger and regret. The lack of transparency, the refusal to stand behind their products, and the fact that they are passing off used furniture as new makes this business untrustworthy.

I’ve been a customer ever since they opened their first location on Alexander Dr. My washer recently broke down and went back with them, as soon as I stepped in I was immediately greeted by the owners and the young ladies that work there. They made the financing process super easy with Snap Finance (like always), and even included same day delivery. I Would 100% recommend this place for anyone that is looking for either furniture, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer/ dryer set. DON’T let those 2 negative reviews fool you!!!
