Baytown Food Mart — Local services in Baytown

I had a really bad experience at this store. The staff was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. When I pointed out that some products were expired, instead of listening, they got loud and defensive, insisting they weren’t expired when they clearly were. They also treat kids poorly and don’t create a welcoming environment for customers.

On top of that, their prices are way higher than other nearby stores, and you definitely don’t get the quality or service to justify it. I’ve seen other customers treated badly too, which makes it clear this is not a one-time thing.

If you want to be treated with respect and shop somewhere that values its customers, you’re better off going to other stores down the street—they treat you like family and appreciate your business.

This store needs to be held accountable for how they treat people, and honestly, I don’t think anyone should spend...

They always charge so much and every time i go in there they always have different prices i went in there 2 days ago and got 2 things Chips and a soda and spent 10$ then went in there today for the same thing...

Clerk in the mornings takes ridiculously long bathroom breaks and locks the door. 5~10 potential customers walk away after standing there waiting...
