I am here for work. I liked this dollar store at first, been there a couple of times since I got here. Never had a problem. That is, until I bought a prepaid gobank card from them. I am new to prepaid cards, so i bought it on its own receipt. It said on the package I could register on the app or website. I chose the app. The app said it was not validated at the register, so I bought it back in for help. The lady at the register was very nice and called another lady to help me, i guess she was the manager, not sure but seemed to be the person in charge. Instead of helping me i was accused of bringing a different card in that had already been used, and she pointed out that the numbers were diffarent on the reciept, and card. I didn't know what to look for and the numbers she pointed out on the reciept and card was wierd to me, but obviously she didnt know what to look for either, (as i later found out). I went to my car sad and upset because now i cant pay my bills back home, and I felt like I got ripped off by the dollar store of $300. I called my sister who is also a cashier, and she told me where to look for The numbers on the card, receipt and packaging and said to go back in and talk to her again. The bar code on the card matched the package and the number on my reciept matched the number on the package as well. When i went back i tried to talk to the same lady she was very rude to me i tried to show her how the numbers matched because now i was eduacted on where to look for them. She said she couldnt help me. I did figure it out, I had to register it on the website before it would go on the app and my money was on there, thank goodness, but not before this employee accused me of being a thief, was very rude with Horrible and inadequate customer service. This problem started because I just didn't know what was going on and since I bought it there I thought they would help me figure out why my card wouldn't activate, but "the person in charge" didnt want to take time to read the matching barcodes pointed out to her when I went back inside. Which would have been a good idea since she obviously doesn't know much about prepaid cards either. I guess her customers aren't worth her time, so sad. All other employees in there...

   Read moreThis DG store is far out of the way for me, and I have to drive nearly 20 miles to get there. Still, it's worth it! While most DG stores are messy and disorganized, this one is always well-stocked and well-organized. Everything is easy to find and where it's supposed to be. Also, the employees here are always friendly, and their customer service is excellent. I will not shop at any other DG store. I highly recommend the Beach...
