First noting - I have not shopped here personally, but my company has so I am only reviewing their customer service. I needed a copy of a receipt for a prior purchase so I reached out to their contact us form. I waited a week and did not see a response so I decided to call and ask. I had a gentleman and a woman speak to me at the same time on the phone and they were quite rude. The woman said she sent it to me a week ago (which okay - she probably did and my company email caught it as spam or something so it never came through- it actually happens quite a bit), but the rudeness in tone that came out of both of their mouths was 100% unnecessary. I'm sorry I didn't receive the email.. but all they had to do was just say "sorry you didn't receive it, I'll resend another one," instead of getting defensive over nothing and being rude to a potential customer over the phone. It's not hard...

Do NOT buy a mower or anything from this place! Worst customer service I have ever had. They are all nice when you try to purchase something but dealing with them after on any issues is a nightmare. I spent $7000 on a new mower, when they were checking the first one out it had an issue, fuel pump and they had to get another from the yard. That one supposedly checked out until I got it home and started mowing grass. The mower quickly stopped working with multiple issues. I called them to come pick it up which they never did. Never even bothered to call me so I took my time to take it in and asked for a refund. The mower has 3 hours on it. They acted like I was some guy off the street that had never done business with him and didn't want my business. So I will never use this place again. I don't care if I have to drive 45 minutes out of my way. I won't spend $1 in this place ever...

Told salesman I cut foreclosure lawns that are overgrown. He says the $9k, 9 thousand dollar, 9 zero zero zero, pro turn zx is great. I go to a house that's a foot tall of grass, which is not even that much in my line of work and has been cut by mowers I have owned previously, and the mower dies throughout the entire mow and it's set on 4" height. And on the second recut it still looks unpassable with mounds of grass everywhere and mower is dragging... The Kawasaki. Mower has 3 hrs on it and they can't do anything they said, and I just want to upgrade and spend even more money on a higher up model. Ridiculous, they need to know their equipment better when recommending. Now I'm stuck with this inadequate and terribly expensive mower that can't work for me half the time... Thanks arbortech, for refusing to help a customer out due to your salesman error or lack...
