Flats Meat Market is simply the best place to get bacon sausage pork chops steaks anything you could possibly imagine it's a carnivores dream. This place is Simply Delicious it's the best I have had a number of meats in my life and this place is by far the best. We travel from Grand Blanc 3 hours and we make sure we always stop at Platts meet to get our fix of bacon sausage and the world-famous 1in thick pork chops bone in smoked pork chops...

After getting over the initial sticker shock of $28.00 per pound for beefjerky, I decided to give it a try. I purchased 1 pound, I am not impressed. It is sooo tough and full of connective tissue it is horrible, YOU CANT EVEN CHEW IT!!! I would NEVER waste my money on this again. If you want to charge $28.00 for beef jerky the quality of the product better...
