Kith Furniture — Local services in Bear Creek

I would NOT recommend this furniture supplier to ANYONE! Not only do they not give you the full orders that you pay for, which they have done several times, but they also keep your money as a “credit” which is actually a mini, no interest loan to their company, which they refuse to refund. They like to send you to people who have conveniently all gone to lunch. Since when does a full Department go to lunch at the same time? Doesn’t the company have to run the entire time during business hours?

Additionally, as a Black woman, in a non-traditional role as an owner of a furniture store, I believe that perhaps we would have been treated much differently than we have been. (When I happened to have mentioned this, I got all sorts of, that’s not true, but it’s all in the eye of the beholder and quite frankly, they seem to complain a little to loudly for it to be anything other than true in my opinion.)

This has been my experiences with this company so I would definitely be wary as a small business seeking to purchase furniture orders from here. There are other places to purchase from where client relations and customer service truly...

I was given a bunk bed from a friend who lost the bolts and instructions. I contacted Kith Furniture and asked if they had the manufacturer information so I can contact the makers of the bunk bed to order the parts and get the instructions. I was contacted the following day, they FedEx me the parts and instructions. Free of charge! I will be getting my next furniture from them for sure. I would recommend this company, if they went out of their way to send me the parts free of charge for someone who isn't a customer of theirs. Arrived 15 minutes early for 8 am load appt. No obvious signs to show what it is. Had to check in with security; all the guard wanted to do was talk politics. Went to shipping area and it is cluttered with metal so getting lined up to back in was ridiculous. Afraid I would puncture a tire with all the garbage strewn around. Loaded me quickly. Pick up paperwork at the front brick building. Had to walk a good distance to get to it. There IS overnight parking at the Ryder lot...
