Visited while traveling through the area. I was looking for Bourbon. Several options available, and honestly at reasonable prices. I spotted a bottle I decided to purchase. There were two of them tucked behind some others. I pick up the bottle that had a bag on it. The store owner sticks his head out from the back and says, "you found it." I say, "yeah, there's two of them." He comes out and we chat for a while. He's telling me about bottles he has in the backups they're NOT for sale. He says that he'll put them out in December and Mark the way up. "I'll get some great money for them around Christmas" he says. So, I go up to pay for the bottle I have in my hand. The same bottle still on the shelf was $59.00, this one wasn't marked. It was in a bag, and the bottle wasn't marked. He tells the older gentleman at the register, that this bottle is $79.00. I said, " Hold on, the price should be $59.00." The owner says, "No, that one is $20 more because it has a bag. That's what everyone wants. I said, "No Thanks, not at that price. I'm willing to spend $59.00 for it, but I'm not paying $20 for the bag. I left the bottle there and will not be back. For the locals, just know that in December, when everyone's money is tight, he is raising prices just to get more of your money and line his pockets with it. I may have bought one of those bottles, but I won't ever buy from a guy that does that. ...

Nicest staff ever. When the pandemic hit they were immediate on implementing changes to ensure the safety of their employees and customers. It's a small store, but it's loaded with options. Every staff member I've interacted with has been helpful and speedy. A few times they have carried my purchases to my car for me, which has been super helpful. I occasionally will go to another liquor store due to errands in another area and I am always disappointed either by price, selection, or attitudes of employees. The overall layout of the store can be a bit overwhelming, and some wines aren't where they should be, but I have never hesitated to ask for assistance if I have needed it, and the assistance has always been pleasant...

I consistently have had problems at this store. In first instance, the employee followed me and my brother out of the store and after arriving to our car, awkwardly murmurs to us if we are good and points to our pockets. I had just left after purchasing a bottle. In the 2nd instance, I walked into the store around 11 am to grab another bottle and crossed paths with the older man in the store on his way from the aisles to one of the counters.
