My husband's mother passed away and I purchased a casket spray from a different business. an hour before the funeral I was contacted by the business and told they would not be able to deliver the spray. The florist at Bottom Dollar Mercantile & Florist, Diane (I think), was amazing. Even after my bank gave us issues trying to protect me, she was still able to deliver the spray.
