The most horrible phone interview in my life! I was contacted by someone named Janet who did nothing but berated every single answer I gave regarding my claim. I've been working my whole entire life and the moment I actually file a claim because of the threat of homelessness, they make you feel like $hiit! People need to understand that filing/ receiving a claim is NOT asking for a hand out! It's asking for a portion of your income that you've already worked for! This is taxed earned income after years of being overworked and underpaid... you are filing a claim so you can survive just being alive... people in this situation are already in a low point in their lives, therefore, a BIT of compassion would help. This place offers none of that! They sit there and make it sound like it's your fault... they act like you should be grateful and you should have continued to work in a job that's a toxic environment! I thought that this place is suppose to be a refuge for people who has suffered financial difficulties, yet their representative Janet sat there and was like "so you didn't try to resolve the situation?" Phrases, difficulties like these are precisely the reason why poverty, homelessness and famine is so rampant. Government agencies like this does not "help" they oppress! So Goodluck to those in the very early stages of their claims, they will not help you... you'd be better off not being a citizen who never even contributed to these type of agencies as you'd get more help as opposed to being an upstanding citizen who's paid taxes your whole life and are simply asking for what you've already worked for!
