Unsatisfied customer: I bought a mattress I thought would be perfect that was delivered on July 5th. Within days I knew the mattress made me hot as I slept. In fact, so hot, I wake up in the night and have to find another place on the bed to sleep to fall back to sleep. I knew there was a little of the memory foam in the top, but the sales person did not think it would be enough to affect me. I signed some document when I paid for the mattress, but it was done quickly without anyone explaining what it said. I confess I just thought it was an invoice. As I had a wedding I was involved in, it was not until last week that I went by the store to ask if anything could be done. The sales person I spoke to suggested I eliminate my mattress cover to see if that would help. She said if it didn't to come back to speak to another person and they would talk to me about my options for another mattress. When I did come back, I was then told the mattress I bought had no sleep guarantee, as their significantly more expensive mattresses did. The customer service manager agreed to contact the mattress manufacturer who refused to accept it back. She said I signed a document that gave them the right to refuse the return of this mattress.
I spent almost $700 for a mattress that does not work for me and they will not make it good in any way. I did not know there were people in business who used paper work as a way to assure they got their money even with a dissatisfied customer, especially after some of their own sales people gave the impression they would make it good if this problem could not be resolved.
I gave them every opportunity to come up with a better solution, but as far as I can tell there is no concern about my issue, only their bottom line. I do not recommend them as a place to do business with. If you do, read all the materials you sign and be sure you understand up front that they are not interested in your experience...

We were greeted by Beverly , she assessed our hope to find a new mattress, and she intelligently and professionally began to help us understand all the options , features , sizes , brands and price value relationships for each . Never tried to up sell , or steer me . Just listened and evaluated our needs , expectations , and preconceived ideas , and then spent over 2 hour in 2 separate visits ( yes I had to think about it all and came back the following day ) to let us come to the final conclusion for my wife and I . We really had no prior knowledge of where we were going to land on our decision ; but , I was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had for any mayor purchase . The store had a great array of National Brands and products as we had hoped ; but Beverly delivered on the whole educational part to get us to understand all the newest and best features and technology and their fit for our needs and budget. No pressure… just information , patience , competence, And professionalism. After all ; all we wanted was just a new mattress…we certainly got that; but no store or array of products can trump a great Buying experience by a genuine seasoned professional . Read moreExpensive but cheap furniture. I have had quality issues with everything I’ve ordered. Special orders take forever and they won’t cancel it. If you special order it’s yours. They did take two damaged items back after I pushed the issue but they promptly put them out on the floor to sell to someone else! If you are buying from them be sure to inspect everything very closely and make sure of the measurements. I’m stuck with a bed that takes up all of my space and now I don’t have room for nightstands. I special ordered a cal king bed because I need every inch of space. I relayed this to my sales person in the beginning. They never said that I’d get a one size fits all. They sent a regular king bed with modified rails. It is massive and the holes where the regular king rails should go are visible. I wanted to cancel an ottoman that I’ve had on order for months and isn’t scheduled to arrive for 4 more months. I was going to spend more money and purchase something that they had in stock but they wouldn’t allow the cancellation. The assistant manager told me that she was through making concessions for me after conceding to take back a chair that was lopsided on the frame.
