There was not option for negative stars.....Bought furniture told delivery would be in 2 weeks (no sooner avaliable) delivery date came around no word, we actually had to call to see why we have not gotten delivery confirmation. We were told by the manager in delivery (Shane) that our furniture was out of stock and we would have to wait another week because it was and I quote "first come first serve basis-so if someone comes in after us and orders the same thing and the computer says it is in stock and gives them an earlier delivery date then they get the product. I was told this is what First come first serve means....We would have to wait until it came back in stock" I guess we also have to pray that no one else orders it before our delivery date also. As it sits now we will have a finance payment due before we ever receive our products and we just have to hold our breath that we might possibly receive delivery at some point.... We had also been told on 8/3 that our delivery was confirmed so we had gotten rid of our current furniture to make room for the new furniture. We now have NO furniture and no guarentee on when we might actually get it......We hsve to cancel all plans for the following weekend and cross our fingers that we might get delivery. We were told that this was not their fault or problems they just schedule delivery and that is all, but you dont get confirmation calls until after store and customer service hours are closed so you literally have no one to call.....we were offed $70.00 credit but that does not even cover the cost of the plans that had to be cancelled, possible work hours missed, the fact that my family had NO furniture to use and we could not even get a verified delivery date. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, EMPTY PROMISES AND LIES TO PEOPLE THEY KNOW HAVE CREDIT ISSUES AND THAT CANNOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY PREY ON THE WEAK WHO ARE TRYING TO HET THEIR LIVES TOGETHER......THIS IS OUR THIRD TIME HAVING DELIVERY OR REPAIR ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY.....Take the extra time to save money and pay cash somewhere else to...

I complained after I started seeing people coming and going then the person in charge came out and said "you've been waiting for a long time, I'm going to send someone now because nobody ever checked your order.' He didn't even offer an apology. after that other people started complaining because there was not organization at all. when I left there was a line forming outside of the parking lot already.
