Dollar General — Local services in Beaumont

I was just in there today and I made an HONEST MISTAKE! But when I go back in to the store and finally realize my mistake and finally finish my transaction. EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES AND SO I DID TODAY! AND IT WAS NOTHING MORE THAN THAT! THERE WAS NO NEED TO BLOW IT ALL OUT OF PROPORTION INTO SOMETHING IT WAS NOT! I am an older individual and my memory is not the best and that is all it was today! And I think you need to get a new crew in this store ASAP! What happened yesterday between a white customer and a black employee there, almost got out of hand because there was another black woman there with her brood of children trying to escalate the situation and it had NOTHING TO DO WITH HER!!! Making comments that she knew was heard by whomever was standing around, comments like she is trying to say that the white customer was trying to accuse the black female of cheating the white woman, that person said nothing of the sort. Call the white customer an ol biddy, when she had no business opening her mouth and saying anything period,AS WAS SAID EARLIER IT DID NOT CONCERN HER OTHER THAN THE FACT THAT THEY WERE BOTH BLACK AND THE OTHER INDIVIDUAL WAS WHITE, PLAIN AND SIMPLE! Get some different folks working there or I will be taking my business elsewhere! And I believe the white older female deserves...

All workers are so helpful and friendly, however the store manager is NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL...Has a very bad attitude and a smart mouth. I will drive 7 to 15 miles to other dollar generals to keep from going...

The only reason I docked a star was because of inventory problems. Lots of empty shelf space which is common everywhere these days. Staff is very friendly...
