Honestly there are so many other places worth your money to rent from than here. I'll list off all the charges you have to pay ON TOP of your rent.
1.trash collection $25.00 (can't turn off) If you have pets it's a fee for the DNA swab for all dogs on top of the pet deposit. And it's a charge monthly for pet rent. (Also there's still dog crap everywhere so it's not truly enforced) High speed wifi $65.00 You pay for water and sewage on top of your rent ( it's not processed in the same rent month so you'll more than likely have a balance) $50.00 if you don't have insurance (which I understand) pest spraying fee of $3.00 ( two of my apartments out of 4 had roaches upon move in) When you move out there's over 100 dallor carpet cleaning fee and on top of that a 100+ cleaning fee. (Even if you do your best to clean it)
The gate is sometimes left wide open for periods of time because it's broken.
My final issue was both my and my wife's car got broken into. Called the manager to ask for corporates number. Was told they won't do anything about it and "it can happen anywhere". Asked if there is cameras at all .. nope they ask you to provide cameras on the porches incase you have an issue.
Overall the people who live there are fine noone bothers anyone honestly, but the prices for base rent before the charges is ridiculous for what you get. Also your not getting your deposit back fully trust me.
Maintenance guys are good just...
Read moreOne of the ABSOLUTE worst apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. When I applied I was told that I would move in, in march and didn’t get an apartment until may. Due to the fact that I work Monday through Friday 8-5 I had to pick up my house key on may 1st so that I can move in on may 4th. I discussed move in with Jenny that worked in the office. I had already signed my lease prior to moving in and paid the prorated rent amount. Karen that works in the office adjusted my lease and made me pay a new amount after I’ve already budgeted for move in. My air in my room did not work. My fridge went out twice and caused me to lose all of my groceries. The roaches were so bad I couldn’t use my stove and barely wanted to use my stove top. The roaches are TERRIBLE. Everything kept breaking in and outside of my apartment. The rent varies every month. The ants are also a big problem in these apartments. One of my children fell ill and was hospitalized in Houston for two months and my checks fell short and I asked for a payment plan and Karen told me that wasn’t a option but to instead reach out to some other place and catholic charities. The late fees caused me to get extremely behind on rent. Please save yourselves and do not move into these apartments you...
Read moreI have contacted management three times over the past month about issues in our apartment ie. Air conditioning not working, our bathroom mirror fell as it was not attached properly to the wall, for several months the two lights in the building’s hallway has been out and though i was told each time that someone would be sent out to fix them, nothing has been resolved. I’m very dissatisfied with this. We were supposed to sign a 6 month lease but cannot in good conscious unless the apartment’s issues have...
