King Food Supermarket — Local services in Beaumont

The food is horribly overpriced at this store I was very disappointed to find that the customer service was lacking in a horrible way I had an experience in the store that I never thought that I would have when an employee came over and I told her that I had a service dog and she decided that she wanted to put my dog anyway then went off on me behind going to my vehicle hitting my service dog then another employee came out of the store and verbally accosted me I had to remember that I am a minister and do not conduct myself in that manner so I apologize profusely even though I feel like I did nothing wrong and the young lady I apologized and the other young lady continue to bicker and cuss and argue but they both did walk away I walked away with a feeling as though I had been traumatized at this store I will never go back there for any reason that was my favorite place to buy boudin at but I will have to find another place because I will never spend another dollar in that store the employees are very ghetto and verbally abusive and threaten the customers the owner came out of the store stood there but did not say anything to his employees or do anything I had to go to my vehicle I had several people asking me was I okay and it was a horrible experience I do not recommend that any person spend their money at the store because they price gouge four times the amount of a normal store and you do not want to have to get threatened or have your property violated while on this...

Princess and Priscilla keep the store going I love to go in there I could go anywhere else the only thing about Kings their prices are just way too high and that's only because of the area that they're in that they Jack those prices up and sometimes the meat is not fresh but I feel like they're doing a fantastic job with improving now with changing it around I see better customer service I see more smiling faces not flirty faces but smiling faces but Miss Priscilla @ Princess keep the communication going I don't see my little bitty friend in there anymore she was always a delight I'm not sure if she's the owner's daughter I've been coming here since they've opened and I've seen such a great improvement now the prices need to go down on some of the stuff still but this is the best place for customer service and family are in I love it thanks Miss Priscilla for always telling everyone when they walk out no matter what you always say God bless you baby you just don't know how that makes people day I love Kings I love you guys just bring those prices down on those canned goods and the freezer department the worst thing is assuming that all kids come in there and are stealing it's the grown folks you all should be watching I've come through and I've seen it stop accusing our babies start loving them seeing what the problem is...

It's a nice little grocery store about 2 mi north of where I live off of Magnolia St. in Beaumont Texas. The prices are pretty decent, I have an extensive shelf of seasonings and herbs. That's right the prices for produce in fruits are also pretty decent as well. They have the old Mr. Pibb brand soft drinks in cans and two liter bottles. Mello Yello and Squirt. 👍👍👍 They do accept EBT and SNAP food benefits. Most Uber drivers do know and are very familiar with the location.
