I’ve shopped at this location for many years and it’s one of my favorite stores. They have a large selection of food and household goods at highly discounted prices. You would be shocked if you did a side by side comparison of their prices to other grocers.
The weekends tend to be very busy, some food is nearing expiration or already expired. The key is to look at dates for everything, but majority of the food is not expired.
The staff are friendly and the store is clean. You’ll find new items that will make you debate if you should just get one item to try. When I do that, I mostly regret that I didn’t buy another yogurt for $.33. They carry conventional and organic products, gluten free item, a whole aisle of shelf stable treats, baking goods, seasonings.

I say that after getting a few cuts of meat that were certainly not consumable once they were defrosted for cooking. Good place to get other shelf stable items and drinks and pet foods sometimes, it always depends on what they get in stock. Breads are regular price or slightly higher than most other stores. Veggies are OK and...
Read moreYou can't go wrong with Sharp Shopper! I used to live in New Bethlehem, so I frequented this store often. Now I live in Blairsville, so I never get to go. Recently when I was visiting some friends in Rimersburg, I made a point to go to Sharp Shopper. And the crazy thing is, I mainly wanted to re-stock on the freezer bags they sell. They have the best insulated shopping bags, but after years of use mine all wore out, so I wanted to buy more. But while I was there I stocked up on some great deals on food. For example, I got a box of Krusteaz frozen Belgium waffles for 99 cents!!! That's insane! Oh, and they have an amazing selection of cheeses for a great price. I really wish there was a Sharp Shopper near me....... (pssst, whoever owns the one in Knox, ever think of...
