Wonderful! I was visiting my daughter and wanted fresh veg! Norms was where I found beautiful huge cauliflower heads, potatoes so tasty you don’t need to hide therm with other ingredients- just olive oil and salt and pepper. The onions sauté into bits of sweetness. The green beans I never got to cook because I ate them raw!! The acorn squash was my biggest fine. It is perfect- just the perfect vegetable- so tasty and so easy to put in almost any recipe. The seeds are excellent for roasting. The parsnips, the beets, the peppers (all kinds) were outstanding, and the late season corn was to die for!! I live in Wyoming (the state) you just don’t know how lucky you are if you can visit NORMS once a week or at least once a month in the summer/fall!!!
