Their website at checkout clearly states "MONDAY-FRIDAY Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm in the recipient's time zone for same-day delivery. SATURDAY & SUNDAY Orders must be placed before 10:00 am in the recipient's time zone for same-day delivery" which is very reasonable. I understand it takes a lot of time. I was planning on doing the arrangements for my uncles funeral personally but time got away from me and his wake was at 6pm that evening. I placed an order online with Crystal's at around 1:30 pm. I set the delivery time for the next day at the actual funeral because it was past the 12pm mark. They called shortly after the order was placed and asked if we needed them for the wake that night, apparently they had spoken to the funeral home. I told them it was okay, just deliver it the next day because I knew they would be on a time constant. Sure enough, when we arrived at the wake not even 4 hours later, the most beautiful arrangements were already there. My uncle and I sent flowers to the funeral home for my grandfather's funeral. There was no place on the form to type what should appear on the card. We called Monday to ask for the card to read, "With love and prayers, from Herbie and Jessica." By phone, they said that would be put on the card. We asked that it be delivered Tuesday because the funeral was set for Wednesday. It was delivered with NO card and NO message. There was nothing indicating who the arrangement was from. It was delivered Wednesday morning with NO confirmation of delivery. I called to make sure the flowers had been delivered and was told they will never deliver flowers the day before a service, only the day of. I had no idea where to start with flowers for our wedding. Being from Princeton, WV there are very few, if any, florists, so we somehow found Crystal’s. We met up with her and she was absolutely great. I told her a little bit about what I wanted showing her some example pictures and trying to explain, and she worked her magic.
