If you are looking for exceptional customer service, quality furniture and a business with integrity, this is your place. My late grandmother was a very picky and stubborn old southern woman (but I loved her), she would only purchase furniture here because of the quality and service. If she could've picked my father from this store she probably would've (seriously, she hated my mothers choice). My dad is also a loyal repeat cutomer that raves about the quality and people here. This is probably the only thing those two ever had in common (although they never knew). The north/south battle within my family could've ended in the parking lot with a white flags waving, fireworks, a parade and a shock to everyone that the two of them couldn't deny they agreed on something. Needless to say, I got the both of best worlds and have also been a repeat customer for the same reasons. However, the most important thing to me is honesty and integrity. A few years ago I actually paid $100 MORE for the same couch that was at another furniture store. The reason, the salesman at the unnamed store was high pressure and tried to also sell a "fabric stain protection" application for the couch for an additional $250. Russel's had the same couch and couldn't believe it when I asked them if they offered the same "fabric protection"...the reason, it was microfiber. They then informed me that microfiber was stainproof and the application could actually degrade the material. They couldn't match the price, but their honesty made the difference. I guess that's why they are still around and the other retailer went bankrupt a couple of years ago. Troy actually came to my home and examined my mattress that I had purchased Prior, I went there Because of the quality in their furniture as well as in their mattresses. He examined my mattress. He flipped it over and definitely found out there was something wrong with it. Something wasn't right with that! Could I have gotten a bad egg? or its defective. He was going to go back to the store. Read moreWe bought our second mattress from Russell's in April 2012. We liked the first mattress so well (it was for a guest room) so we bought the same one for our daily use. We had a problem with the mattress breaking down in 2016. Russell's was very responsive to this problem and rectified the situation. However now two years later, we are experiencing the same thing. It's my husband's side of the bed (he weighs 140 pounds so its not a weight issue).
