Bedford Suzuki Yamaha is exceptional. I really can’t recommend them enough. I traveled a few hours to get there and I’m happy I did. The whole process was extremely easy, the price was great, and the customer service was fantastic. They didn’t play any games, didn’t have high pressure sales tactics, didn’t add on any additional dealer fees, or do any of the other dreadful things that many other dealers do. On top of that, they had the best price that I could find. I originally found them via a Facebook ad and they answered all of my questions very quickly via Messenger. After thinking on it for a bit, I called in and Andrew was just as helpful on the phone. He agreed to hold the bike for me with a credit card deposit until I was able to come pick it up.

When I got there the process was quick and easy. Everything was just as we had agreed upon beforehand. They had the bike ready to go and got me in and processed the paperwork immediately.

Something I didn’t see mentioned in the other reviews, but really appreciated is how family friendly they were. My wife and infant son were with me and they were very welcoming to both of them. Even offering advice on balance bikes they’d used for their child. My wife was so impressed that she told me that this is the dealership she wants us to come back to when we are ready to buy our son his first bike.

While I already knew what I was buying, they also had a nice selection to check out if you’re trying to decide what you want. They really have the whole process perfected. I highly recommend giving them a chance if you’re looking for anything that they carry. I know they’ll be the first place I call.
