Well today was the day after moving day and u rented a Rug Doctor machine here just because it was closer to the house... I regretted my decision. Price was 30.00 which was comparable to the Bissell rentals at Lowe's and Meijer. However, the machine itself was extremely outdated. It did not have the same motion as standard vacuum cleaner. I could only roll backwards with it. So this made a 20 min. Task take literal hours. The clean water tank didn't hold as much water. So I had to stop to fill up constantly. And there was no exact measurement for the solution either. You simply poured your desired amount in. The machine was also smaller than the Bissell brand, which I'm sure player roll in my frustration. The carpets took a day in a half to dry.Get rid of red doctor and go with Bissell. I love the convenience and that it is organized and mostly clean. However, I've been there numerous times and never once have I encountered an employee that is friendly or helpful. During my most recent visit, the older guy (who I assume is management) made me move aside so he could push his big blue cart to the back. No excuse me or I'm sorry, no eye contact of any kind. He just plowed past me, the customer. A younger blonde hair cashier is always chomping on gum every single time I'm in there. The staff lacks some serious professionalism! When I say hello when I come to the register nothing is ever said in return. The staff is horrible! Stay away from this location if you want to be valued...
