Horrible Website Booking, went through the whole process of booking an appointment, paying for it online, getting a confirmation message, only to get called by the staff about booking my request for service? I explained that I booked, paid, and confirmed online for appointment at 1pm tomorrow. Staff member explained that they didn't even have that time slot available to at all and that they had never encountered this before, and that they normally do not ask for payment online. After canceling everything, and now having to watch my credit to see if their site bills me; I went back on their website hours later and the 1pm time slot is showing available. I guess I should have listened to the national reviews more than the local reviews of this company's poor...

Beautiful facilities, organized and clean. Their school horses are well educated and good mannered. They are well taken care of, plenty of pasture, happy and overall spoiled with love. The instructors are knowledgeable, skilled, professional and kind. Lessons are thoughtfully planned out, organized with clear instruction and designed to maximize each riders ability while considering their unique goals. This place has been a home to me and has been a very happy part through my childhood and seeing the owners run this place in a tasteful encouraging way made me choose a career in horses here in Florida.
