I was hopeful at first. Ordered July 10th with the understanding of an approximate timeline of 20 business days. Here we are in September well past that mark and 0 communication unless I initiate it. Was told my item would ship this past Monday and I was hopeful yet again only to be let down. He then replied and said, “give me a few.” Haven’t heard anything since. Even asked for my money back to make a move and didn’t even get an acknowledgement on my request. Covid or no covid, customer service and honesty are not hard to provide PAYING customers. 2 month wait after being told 2 to 3 weeks. There was nothing welded to the boat that I asked. If you drop off with welder, you expect welds, but instead it was all screws. It wasn't professional at all. If I could add pictures, you would not think professional fabrication; you would think decent DIY job. Lesson learned. Also brand new lights that they installed have spray pain on them from WJR Customs spray painting the bottom of the boat....Real professional?...
