The White Crow Wedding and Event Venue — Local services in Beech Mountain

The White Crow is truly a dream venue. When I pictured our high country wedding, I knew I needed a space with mountain views, an elegant building, and a space we could customize to make our own. The White Crow checked off each of these boxes. Not only this but Kelli and Blake are some of the nicest people we have ever met. They gave us fantastic vendor and wedding planner suggestions and we were able to hire their son to watch our dog for the night of the wedding after he participated in our ceremony and photos! Every single guest complimented us for choosing such a beautiful venue. We even hosted our welcome party and rehearsal dinner onsite because we wanted to be able to spend as much time as possible at the White Crow during our wedding weekend. On our wedding day - the weather was touch and go and Kelli and Blake were so accommodating to have the indoor space set up for the rain plan until the last possible minute. Lucky for us - the sun came out and they flipped the indoor space masterfully during the cocktail hour to be perfectly set up for our dinner and dancing. I truly can't recommend the White Crow enough. We toured dozens of wedding venues in the are and nothing compares to the beauty, the family vibe, and the mountain elegance of the White Crow! This place is a GEM! Also we are SO excited for the Christmas tree farm to open in a few years. It will be so amazing to take the our family up to Banner Elk to get our Christmas tree from the place we got married. Thank you...

The experience could not be better. The White Crow has all we dreamed about, the view, the facility, the location, and the supports. My wife has a high standard (I am still not sure why she agreed to marry me :D), but she immediately decided to celebrate our wedding here during the visit.

The outside view is gorgeous, surrounded by mountains that we have visited before. I feel peaceful by just standing out there. Our wedding day was foggy and it added additional mysteriousness to the ceremony. We love it, appreciate it, and will not forget the moment. Our guests also acknowledged our choice.

The venue has a good location, where many of our guests chose to stay for additional days in the nearby mountains. We enjoyed just walking through the small towns around.

The barn is new, spacious, and clean. We like the white color, and the additional light hanging across the hall was beautiful.

Kelli and Blake were good hosts. They were flexible and adjusted to our schedules. Kelli waited extra time on Friday night so that we could unload preparation stuffs. Blake allowed me to make the last minute decision to celebrate our wedding outside (it had light rain during that time), and made sure the outside benches were dried. It is a family business and they are building their houses down the hill. We are glad to start our family in a venue hosted by a great family.

Blake told us that their Christmas trees would be mature in 6 years. Bonnie and I would love to buy one if we still live...

I can’t say enough good things about The White Crow! The venue is absolutely beautiful, the views are breath taking, and the owners are so wonderful. We toured several venues in High Country, and the moment we drove up the gravel drive and the venue came into view, we knew, this was it!! Kelli sealed the deal with her warm smile and welcoming attitude. It’s an instant notice that Kelli and her husband, Blake, are here for their clients and not like so many other venues looking to just collect a check. Kelli is extremely responsive and helpful, she was there every step of the way to answer any questions and come up with plans for any foreseeable issues. Blake was with us on our big day and made sure everything went smoothly- he even came up the next morning to make sure we didn’t need help cleaning stuff up!

The venue itself is impeccable. Blake and Kelli come from a restaurant background, and it shows in their layout! It’s a dream kitchen for your catering team! You can tell the two put so much thought into the building and location- the natural lighting is perfect for events, and the space is so well laid out!
