We have had Jeremy out for several projects over the last couple of years including light fixture hangings, wiring a newly constructed patio, installing patio heaters, wiring a basement construction project. Flawless experience and fair pricing with every experience. There’s no doubt he’s competent and knowledgable. During my last project, he ironed out some details for a somewhat complex project which produced the space we wanted. I’ve worked with quite a few contractors for jobs around my home, because let’s face it, houses are money pits. I’ve not received service like this from anyone. I don’t believe I’ve ever invited anyone back to my home with the exception of my plumber. This guy can teach a master class on providing service and just overall customer service. I had a problem with my electrical outlets in the garage and on the deck. I spent 2 days trouble shooting it myself and finally called Best Electric. Wow, I wish I would’ve called them way before! The lady on the phone took me through a trouble shooting checklist and helped me uncover a GFCI outlet that I never knew that I had! It only took about 2 minutes and didn’t cost a dime! Jeremy went above and beyond to fix my generator problem! He was incredibly professional, arriving on time and explaining everything clearly before he started work. He even took the time to educate me on the issue and what his service entailed. What impressed me most was his efficiency and affordability.
