All my (our) dealings with this company and its owner, Chris DeBartolo, have been absolutely exemplary. Chris patiently went through three lengthy home visits before we made a decision on which blinds we’d like to purchase and then have him install. All of his communications and paperwork, including the original quote, changes to the original quote, to the final invoice were easy to understand and follow and thorough. Even appointment confirmations. Chris accepts credit cards for his work and unlike so many other businesses these days, he does not charge a service fee for using a credit card. That was just another small pleasant surprise in dealing with this nice man. When installation day arrived, Chris and his assistant did an excellent professional, clean, and expeditious job. A week after installation, I called Chris to ask if he could look at an issue with the old blinds beneath a blackout blind he just installed.. He stopped by within a couple of days, not expecting to be able to fix the problem, but he did! What I haven’t mentioned yet, is that we absolutely love the new blinds, the way the rooms turned out and look. I highly recommend this company, the products he sells, and Chris for the new blinds you’ve been putting off getting like I did. Every interaction has been wonderfully pleasant....

Absolutely recommend this company for window treatments!!! So very happy that I found them! Chris was so professional, helpful, patient, dependable, communicative and kind! He provided lots of fabric choices and offered a range of different pricing options. So easy to work with! We LOVE our blinds and shutters! Fabric, casings, motorization is great quality and exceeded my expectations! His installers were awesome and cleaned up as they went along! They programmed the motorization remotes exactly to my liking. I wish all my remodeling contractors performed as this company did. Ohhh and always showed up as promised for appointments! We highly recommend Gotcha Covered and will most definitely use them for all our future window treatments needs!...

Wonderful experience! Chris came out for the initial consultation & not only did he measure all areas we were needing window treatments, he promptly & thoroughly answered all of our questions. We selected the materials & styles we wanted, paid the deposit, & waited for the install- he was communicative along the way & very professional. Then came installation day- he was there with the installer every step of the way (shout out to Cameron!) & the job was completed in about half the time we had thought it might take. I can't recommend Gotcha Covered enough! The outcome was more than we expected- the shutters & blinds just complete the rooms/house, & multiple family/friends have told us so!...
