Purchase the tractor from this location it was a "AS IS" purchase shortly after getting it home I had some issues with it contacted the dealership several service calls later they decided it was best just to send a semi to pick it up and take it back to the shop Worried about the expense what it was going to cost several weeks later I got the word the tractor was fixed I went to talk to the store manager and pay my bill hoping he wod work with me he showed me what they had done to it what they had to replace on it what they had invested in it which was WELL over $10,000 I turned about as white as a ghost knowing that I already had authorized them to do $4,000 worth of extra work that I "wanted" done to the tractor He looks at me and says don't worry about it we'll take care of it you just pay the extras that you wanted done I couldn't shake his hand fast enough to seal that deal Everyone from Neil the salesman to Bryce the mechanic to the store manager Terry we're all absolutely wonderful to work with highly recommend doing business here...

Disappointed with the purchasing experience of a Brent wagon I bought here July of 2021. I was under the impression that the salesman would work with the shop mechanics to fix up a few minor issues with the wagon before I bought it. I communicated to the salesman 7 different issues I wanted fixed or checked before purchasing, he said they would be fixed before I came to pick it up. I figured I was getting a good deal and did not try to negotiate on price before agreeing to buy. When I got there to buy the wagon only 2 of the 7 issues were fixed - they also happen to be the 2 issues that the previous owner agreed to pay for before selling the wagon.
