While the staff was friendly I believe that one of the sales people pressured my elderly mother into buying a smart phone. When my mother told the sales person she wanted a flip phone because she has a hard time learning new things the sales person stated that they had none in stock. The sales person offered no mention of when more would be in stock nor did she assist with an online order. The sales person told my mother that she could return the smart phone within 2 weeks. My mom did not now how to use her phone and it made her feel really defeated. I called the store the next day and they had flip phones in stock. When I went in with my mother another sales person attempted to convince her to keep the smartphone. I wish that people respected that not everyone wants a smart phone and that pressuring the elderly into making a purchase they don’t want so that you can get commission is WRONG. Well I'm editing my review . . We got the phones and tablet. And was quoted a completely different price on day of sale . We would not have gotten these if we knew what the price really was . They changed it twice . It kept increasing . We struggled hard to meet the new price . Then they ( the company) strapped on services fees to restore service because it was hugely different in price . We kept struggling to pay it and they kept increasing it to the point we were paying almost 400 bucks a month .for 2 phones(1 free & 1 trade in) and a free tablet . Outrageous this company is . Completely feel baited. Now the credit is on the line and have no options . Definitely will be leaving when contract is up . Never make this mistake again...
   Read moreSteer clear! Failure to meet basic expectations here. The two people I dealt with were both very nice, but when I visited considering switching to Verizon, I was told I would get X for trading in my existing phone, a $200 promotional visa, and a $150 promotional visa.
When I came in to switch because my phone had arrived, there was someone else there that said I got my phone trade in, $200, and $100. I wasn’t thrilled to have not gotten what I was told but after all I had arranged to switch I wasn’t going to let $50 stop me and I switched.
Long story short, they didn’t switch me over correctly so I didn’t get the $100 rebate even. When I called it to their attention they called Verizon and got them to refund my activation fee so I got a $40 bill credit.
After getting $110 less than I was told I’d get, I wish I would have driven and gone to a Corporate location. They clearly don’t care enough here to make correct...
