🚩I will never lease space to sell in this flemarket/Storage again. The Management is beyond greedy, petty and ungrateful. The management is only concerned about raking in money from you any way they can. They are not concerned about the growth of their vendors. They will force you to pay fines for anything they come up with. You can never have a successful business in this flea market the way they manage it. Most vendors do not stay long. These people will lease to anybody that can give them some money. If you are planning to lease storage space or open a business in Grand Slam DO NOT DO IT! They will put a vendor right next to you selling the same thing! There isn't any kind of limitations on who they move in and where they put them. Most of all, the management talks to their vendors with no respect. They do not appreciate the business. It's a living hell inside that place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND...
Read moreMy first time going to this place was about a week ago. I went there really with no expectations as to what would be there and if there will be anything that I like. Knowing what I know about mostly markets comparing this one to those I was fairly impressed. There were a lot of different vendors to see with a lot of different material as well. Most places offered this product or services at reasonable prices. There's a large parking lot so parking is not an issue. The building that has all the vendors is also origin of as well to accommodate the amount of people that are there as well. After all was said and done I end up walking away with a decent small exercise bike. And what made it better is when people fall apart from helpful enough to place it in my truck for me at no additional cost. Service I was...
Read moreGreat place to eat. In my experience only less than 5 of the vendors are on the up and up. I've had several bad experiences with Tee shirt shops including damaged items, not getting items on time, overpriced items. Not to mention the vendor who claim the sales of authentic toys in the rear of Flea Market. I purchased an item she advertised for $50 tried telling me it was $100 the ticketed price read $90 and after purchasing it for $55 opened it and it was damaged. My son noticed it actually was a product from walmarr.com that is sold at $34.99. I tried to return it to her due to defect and I was cursed out and threatened. The best thing about this place is the restaurant near entrance and the always pleasant...
