I allowed this company to engrave a traveling golf trophy I share with my son, it was my turn to update the winner of our most recent round. I trusted this company to remove the plaque and simply engrave a name and date. They acted like it was no big deal. When I picked it up the new engraving was not even similar to the prior and could barely be seen. As professionals I would never have dreamed they would have allowed this to leave their store.
