DG Market — Local services in Belleview

It is OK, with some good value products.

But the car park is not especially well designed.

Worse, they have absurdly closed down their convenient automatic checkout counters, so we must wait for the two manned counters. I understand there was some theft but this isn't the answer. After all the expense of installing the counters, they just look unprofessional. Instead, employ a cashier to both watch for theft and offer assistance if needed.

Maybe some out-of-touch pen-pusher thinks that a cashier should not look idle standing by. But practical customer service matters far more to us than...
