As my wife and I walked into the showroom, a departing customer said, "I just contracted Tony for my second job. He did such good work at such a good price." That was the first piece of encouragement. The staff was very responsive to us, showed us counter, sink, flooring and backsplash options and made recommendations when we asked. Tony came to our house to measure and listen to our interests and concerns. He gave us options within our budget and gave us such a favorable price that we signed as soon as we could. Tony/Exquisite Designs is popular enough that they are booked out several months. But it was worth the wait. Tony's crews were punctual, fast, and did good quality work. They replaced a large area of tile flooring with vinyl plank, replaced countertops (perfect work!), patched drywall, added a backsplash, and refaced the cabinets. We did end up with some delays. The original counter was delivered with a minor flaw. We did not even notice it, but Tony's crew did. That had to be sent back. The backsplash and sink we ordered ended up on back order, but that amounted to about a 3 day delay. The biggest issue was actually weather, which slowed down the cabinet refacing. Overall, Tony was responsive to our inquiries (we texted often), always let us know when crews were coming and where supplies were. The photos below are of the old kitchen and the remodeled one. With all the kitchen and bathroom design companies close to The Villages we struggled selecting the right one. After doing our homework, reviews, BBB, pricing etc we choose Exquisite Bathroom and Kitchen Designs. After everything was completed We knew we had chosen the right company. We did a complete redo of our kitchen, bathrooms and floors. What we liked about Tony was, he truly cares about the product he was delivering, he was very meticulous and had an eye for perfection. His expectations were very high and he never expected anything other than perfection. This is the first time we took on a project like this and Tony offered great advise and always was upfront and honest. We also appreciated that he would come and check on his team and make sure they were on schedule and inspected their work. If Tony recognized something which did not meet his eye of approval he would have his team correct the issue. Tony’s team was very professional, on time, always cleaned up after each day , and always took the time to explain to us what they were doing. Tony also removed all the cabinets, linoleum flooding for “free”. Tony works with great companies in The Villages that assisted us with finishing our home. His prices were very reasonable and he stayed within our budget without cutting corners. With all that said.... don’t think twice about hiring this company, you will not be disappointed....

I contacted Exquisite Designs based on the reviews I saw on Google, and I am so very happy I did!! From first contact to finished project, I was extremely pleased with all manners associated with my new kitchen and updated bathroom vanities.

Tony was the best! Even when I would start to panic, he was the calming factor throughout. Faced with the pandemic and material shortages, Tony never lost his professionalism. When I would start to panic, his favorite saying was, "Don't hurt your head. It will be okay." As stated, even with the material shortages causing a slight delay, Tony and his crew were able to complete according to schedule. Every employee with whom we had contact with were always pleasant, professional and patient.
