Staff is rude and not present. When they are present they're conversing with each other or glued to their phones. Director, Danny, thinks he's above everybody. A few years ago they had an Easter Egg hunt for ages 3 & under in a very small room with the Easter Bunny in it for all the kids and parents. I expressed my concern about it being a fire/emergency hazard and he very rudely replied, "Well, thanks fir that". They had tot time Christmas party when school was out forcing parents who wanted to bring their 4 & under children to either not go because of their older children or come and make the older children sit with no activity options for them to do. Read moreHave lived in and out of the Shores since the mid 1980's and have always enjoyed the community center,pools,and events. Would love to see them build a larger building for the youth center, as there are so many you g families in the Shores and these kids need positive areas to hang out. I believe they can raise the prices for membership to help in this as well. I think the membership is cheap so ALL can enjoy it, but doubling the membership can help the residents enjoy even more.
