Sent my wife into the liquor store with $40 cash the cashier gave her $5.40. My wife came home and handed me the receipt and change and it was shorted by $10. I called back and spoke to Tonya. She was very rude and was not willing to give me my $10 back that she knew she messed up on, I asked to speak to the store manager after being threatened to you that I was being rude and disrespectful when I was not the manager eventually came onto the phone. Her name is Heather. She is a very rude and disrespectful individual that does not deserve. Any responsibilities in any location or anywhere? I will be seeking out that she is to be fired for her absurd language and disrespectful screaming to me in the phone for when I was being nice after being screamed that Lee for about two minutes, I did start screaming and cussing I will admit that I will not take disrespect from you or anybody else with this company. I will be speaking corporate and your store manager, Chris. For you Heather here is a note when you were dealing with customers no matter what if the issue is you never scream holler and cuss or threaten them. That is very wrong as a manager or a store manager to do as a business owner that has been in for a decade in this town and all around the state I would never hire you or even offer you a job after how you just acted, I would advise anybody to not hire you, because you were absolutely outrageous and psychoti updating of 6/18/2024 went back to collect my $10 from the store, and was ultimately disrespected even more when I was offered for an apology. I think this was the wrong way to take care of this. You cannot buy somebody’s apology with money. For everybody sometimes it’s a General purpose of admitting you were wrong and taking action on what you were wrong about your manager Heather was absolutely disrespectful and psycho. All I have asked for is that she be removed from the store on a suspension without pay or for her actions, I will not except money or store credit for an apology. You cannot buy my forgiveness. You have to earn it in the way to earn my forgiveness on your location is to terminate or suspend her without pay that is the appropriate way to take care of this issue if Winn-Dixie/Bilo does not get it then they do not need to do business in this area we do not need employees of stores disrespecting, our neighbors and family members. This was uncalled for and even more disrespectful. Here are the receipts to the gift cards that they tried to give me and I refused to take and handed back to Nikki Nikki. This is nothing personally against you. It is ultimately a job that you and Chris need to take more seriously and make sure that you’re holding your employees to the highest standards of customer service. Changed a lot this last year.Done away with lots of oroducts I used to buy.No more raisan brand of there brand with extra raisins,used to buy WinDixie olives in the big bottle Now to get the same amount you have to buy 2.Just recently they did away with the big Hell of a good chip dip.You again have to buy 2 (cost more like the olives)to get the same.For at least 3 months They stopped selling their brand big bottles of diet root beer.They have everything else but them.The latest was every weekend we would buy their boxes donuts(reg,sugar &cininum ( first bite I new something was wrong.Yuck! Not the same Wgeb I asked I was told they changed supplier.The store in the forest is a nice store and awesome people that work there but with the changes since SG bought then out its gone to the bad as I'm concerned.Never had a complaint till this all happened.I NY I worked for years for a big Shurfine warehouse in NY .For years Like I said. I usually like Winn Dickme, but this place here.. It's a JOKE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! STORE IS FILTHY, PRICE GOUGING, PRICE GOUGING!!!! I get it's the only grocery store nearby, but when it's cheaper at a convenience store vs Grocery Store, you gotta wonder. I have an EBT card, the magnetic strip won't scan in Winn Dixi, and I had a sprained ankle and couldn't go inside, so my fiance went inside and got something for dinner.. the employee was completely embarrassed hi, saying he couldn't use the card, made him leave items at the store to get me, and then told me I had to prove who I was to get our food. Keep in mind, I have the card, the pin, and still have to prove to the Lil shit with power trip I'm me, which BTW was impossible at the moment because my whole purse was stolen the day before and only reason we had card was because my fiance had it in his wallet!
