This is not a review of a retail location. This is a review of their horrible mail order and customer service. Placed an order on Cyber Monday back in November for some xmas gifts. After two weeks I had not received any shipping info, so I tried to contact customer service. Tried calling and got a message of a 2 hour hold time - less than 5 minutes after they opened. Tried their chat, and it's probably the worst AI chat ever. Tried emailing and got an auto reply of 4 business day turnaround. Finally got shipping confirmation that it would be delivered today. Just checked tracking and apparently my order was forwarded 50 miles away because of an error on the shipping label - yet I checked my address on the online and it's absolutely correct (and I've ordered many times before). So now now Xmas gifts and out I'm $155 for god only knows how long.
In comparison, I ordered from Orvis a few days after Cyber Monday and my order arrived in two days.
Duluth used to be my go to shop for clothes, but they've plummeted so far in their business practices and lack of customer service that this is likely the last time for them. Oh, and to top it off, my wife ordered multiple items before Black Friday and only one item has shown up with no info on the rest of her order. And, it's an item she's purchased from Duluth for years and she noted that the quality and construction (she's in the apparel design industry) is not what...

My most recent order was purchased online on a Sunday and I'd selected Next Day Delivery, which would have meant I'd get it on a Tuesday. The order wasn't processed until almost midnight Monday, meaning that I wouldn't get my order on the day that I'd paid extra to get it. I asked for a reimbursement for the shipping cost and was told that they wouldn't give it because the warehouse needs 24 hours to process the order. By that logic one would never get their order on the next day. If it was an issue with the shipping company, that would be a different story because it would have been out of DTC's hands at that point, however a delayed order that I paid extra for means that I didn't get...
Read moreHonestly things still seemed pretty expensive at this outlet. They had a lot of selection - including clothes, shoes, underwear, coats, and then all kinds of random stuff like bags, pet gear, small camp accessories, and store decorations like cabinets and antique farm items. I tried on several items that seemed intriguing but were slightly damaged - torn, missing buttons, worn, poor stitching, etc - but they were all still $40+. I was hoping for some great deals, but I’d rather not pay quite so much for goods that are flawed, especially when thrift stores in Wisconsin have incredible prices on the same kinds of items, minus the obvious damage. Was good for browsing but didn’t find this to be a...
