I placed an order for a large format print with them and the paper it was printed on was discolored (faded from a white to light yellow). I have experience caring for and storing giclee prints and have never had this issue with any of my other prints. They made no attempt to help resolve the issue. They care about the work they do and they fully refunded my purchase--not just the etching, but also compensated me for the glasses. They were accommodating and honest. I think this was very classy of them. Although it will take me a bit more time to get my glasses, I feel satisfied with the exchange on the business end and I would use this company again...once they fix...
