I wish less than one was an option because that’s what they deserve. I took my truck to them because it needed a new engine and well needless to say I wish I wouldn’t have. It took them almost 3 months to “complete” my truck and there was little to no communication the whole time. When I got the truck back there was no visible antifreeze in the reservoir and there was 5 missing bolts in the OIL PAN!! also one missing bolt that connects the engine to the transmission. Needless to say I was upset but i figured that I would just take care of those problems because it wasn’t leaking oil and it wasnt’t overheating but than I put 700 miles on this brand new motor and all the sudden my dashboard lit up like a christmas tree than the truck wouldn’t go over 50 mph so I limped it into the nearest parking lot and I scanned the truck and the main one was intake manifold pressure to high so I popped the hood and found that the one side of the intake manifold the bolts were only finger tight, and the ones on the other side were barely snug. While I was tightening them to hopefully get the truck home I bumped the fuel line and it popped off the fuel rail, well they broke the retaining clip and just put it back it’s a miracle it held that long. But the most recent thing I found was when I was goi f to adjust my headlights I found out that they had broke one of the plastic clips on my grill because when I unbolted it it fell and I had to catch it before it hit the ground and they ripped out one of the wires to my resistor to my LED turn signals. I’d say the only thing they did some what right was my tires but they didn’t even get that right they put the wrong TPMS sensors in the tires they won’t read the correct tire pressure and when it gets to cold they will tell me the tires need filled when they are already at the proper PSI. Upon arrival at the dealership José met us at the door and introduced himself and welcomed us. He inquired how he could assist us. I told him we were there to look at their selection of Ram 2500 pickup trucks. José gather information from us on our specific needs and made very good recommendations on their great selection of 2024 Ram 2500 Big Horns and together we looked over a very nice truck and he offered a test drive, as I was not familiar with the area I ask him if he could ride along to give directions as to where we could go for a good overall test. He happily agreed and told me to drive it like it was mine and he wasn’t there and I did, he only gave suggestions on turns to take to put the truck to the test. Upon returning to the the dealership José took the time to go over the truck to make sure everything worked as it should and there was no defects in performance down to the smallest detail. Then came the deal making time. José made it a breeze we agreed on a price he quickly completed all the paperwork and took us to the sales manager to complete the purchase while he got our truck detailed even wiping down the interior himself. Started with a text asking if they could help me get out of my lease and into a truck that caught my eye online. I had a reply within 5 mins. The following day, I shot them more information regarding my lease and within minutes I got a reply on what I could expect to pay. Numbers where good, so I scheduled a visit for the next day. When I got there, the truck was washed and ready for me to test drive.

Upon driving it, I noticed a slight vibration in the pedals. I told Chad and he told me that it was up to me but if I liked the truck he could have his techs look at the truck and have it delivered to me for FREE, once it was fixed. I said let's do it. Upon signing paperwork I noticed how comfortable my kids were at this dealership. Chad had a goodie bag ready for them and supplied them with snacks and invited them to watch TV . That's when I knew These were good people.

I left in my same vehicle and was expecting this process to drag out. I got a text the following morning saying that the techs were sending my 4 new tires out for a road force balance. Got another text saying that they would have my truck delivered the next day. I told them I was working and gave them a window so I could test it out on lunch and they had no problem meeting my needs. Tom the driver was great. He even took my plate off of my old car for me.
